I am both a chocolate lover and an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Tracey’s chocolate is unlike any other chocolate I have had. You can taste the intention and quality in these handcrafted bars which are infused with flavors, textures, and ingredients supportive of the three Ayurvedic constitutional types, the doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This chocolate is rich and delicious but not overly sweet, allowing the flavor of the cacao and the dosha-supporting additions to be the standout features. A small piece satisfies all six tastes that Ayurveda identifies for balancing the elements which govern our physical and mental wellbeing. Tracey has managed to capture the essence of balance in her extraordinary chocolate, and I would recommend her chocolate to anyone looking for a wholesome, mindfully-crafted, luxurious treat!
